How Can I pay for my order?

Payment - We accept credit cards through PayPal (for Internet ordering). If you wish to mail in your order and pay via check, money order, or credit card (processed through ProPay) please use the Order Form. If you pay by check your order will be shipped once the check clears.

Do I pay Sales Tax

Tax - CA residents pay 7.25% sales tax. International orders are responsible for any taxes or surcharges upon delivery.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping Charges - No charges for shipping and handling within the United States. For international orders please email for shipping charges.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

Shipping - All in stock items are processed and shipped out by the next business day. All out of stock items are processed and shipped within five business days.

What about back ordered items?

Back Orders - If an item has been back ordered you will receive an email giving you the option for the item to be shipped when in stock or canceling the order.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Shipping Time - All items are shipped via Postal Service ground. If you need your item(s) sooner you can expedite shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. Send an email to store@horseschools.net stating your address (business or residence), what books you wish to order, and when you need them by. You will then receive an invoice for the costs of the books and shipping for FedEx, USPS Priority, or UPS. A date for when payment must be received will be included for it to arrive by your delivery date. If you change your mind you can send an email canceling the order (before payment is received) and order via the website for standard shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

International Orders - We do ship internationally. You can do one of two things. Place your order with domestic shipping and once it is processed you will receive an invoice with additional shipping charges. Once processed your items will be shipped out. Or you can send an email to store@horseschools.net with your address and books you plan on ordering. You will receive an email with the shipping and handling charges. Most shipping charges will be Air or Priority due to long wait periods for Ground. If there is a large price difference between Air and Ground you will receive an email giving you a choice between the two. 

How do I return an item?

Returns: We offer a 100% money back guarantee on books. If you don't like the book you ordered simply send it back with your packing slip (or copy) to Thoroughweb Press, P.O. Box 18848, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96151. Book(s) must be in original condition to receive a full refund. We recommend shipping Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation (shipping costs are your responsibility, will not accept COD). Once item is received you will be refunded the purchase price of your order. Software and video orders can not be returned unless still in original un-opened shrink wrap packaging.
